Zaterdag 31 Augustus was het zover! De 1e editie van The Big Picknick – LOVE is in TOWN. Het weer liet ons in het begin van de dag flink in de steek, maar al vroeg in de middag werd dat volledig goed gemaakt door een stralende zon. Perfect voor een speciale avond! This was the Start of Something Beautiful!

Het betrof enige voorbereiding en de gasten wisten niet precies wat er zou gaan gebeuren. Hier en daar hoorden we wat morrige geluiden en ongezellige ideeën de ronde doen, zoals het doorschuiven van je zelfgemaakte eten en een soort stoelendans. Voor ons was het vooral grappig om te horen, want wij wisten dat het goed zou komen. Het werd een fantastische belevenis♥

Het werd een Feest zoals het bedoeld was! Sfeervol, feeëriek, bijzonder, ontspannen, hecht, hartverwarmend en meeslepend. Ja, hier kunnen we nog lang van nagenieten. Myrthe & Sandra zijn al weer stilletjes aan het broeden op de 2e editie van The Big Picknick, dus hou ze in de gaten.

The Big Picknick

Saturday 31st of October it was finally time! The first edition of The Big Picnic – LOVE is in TOWN. The weather had abandoned us in the beginning of the day, but already early in the afternoon this was compensated by a radiant sun. perfect for a special evening! This was the Start of Something Beautiful!

It concerned somewhat preparation and the guests didn’t really know what was going to happen. Her and there we heard some muttering sounds and some un-cozy ideas, such as passing on your homemade food and some kind of musical chairs. For us it was simply funny to hear, because we knew everything would turn out fine eventually. It was a fantastic experience ♥

It became a party as intended! Full of atmosphere, magical, special, relaxed, solid, heartwarming and fascinating. Yes, we can enjoy the afterglow for a while. Myrthe & Sandra are already brooding quietly on the second edition of The Big Picnic, so keep an eye on them.
